Mark L. Parsons
After a long career as both an Arts Educator and Hospitality Professional, Mark returns to Hillbrook with a renewed energy for excellence in Guest Care and Experience. Whether in private consultation for change management or designing experiences to engage guests through curated events, Mark finds joy in seeking ways to enrich each guest’s interaction. At Hillbrook, Mark serves as Director of Hospitality. In this role he undertakes the education and mentoring of staff, the overall care of the guest, and is most excited to be creating and hosting events that will, most assuredly, lift the guest experience, and inspire true engagement with all that Hillbrook has to offer.
