Among Hillbrook Inn’s three properties are 19 well-appointed guest rooms, each having its own access to a Keurig coffee maker. Four of those suites are located at the Hawthorn Estate where the group meetings are held. The Hawthorn Estate also features a billiard room, kitchen amenities, and spacious grounds with picturesque views of an orchard and mountain range.
The Farmhouse, which has three suites and up to five beds, is situated right behind the Hawthorn Estate and offers convenient access to the meeting location. The 12 rooms on the Main Estate are a quick two-mile drive from the Hawthorn Estate and Farmhouse.

Let our talented culinary team handle all of your dining needs. Our restaurant staff is available to assist you in planning memorable meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
BREAKFAST
Included with each overnight room stay is a two-course gourmet breakfast served in the Main House dining room between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.. To accommodate meeting start times earlier than 9:00 a.m., additional options are available.

LUNCH
All of our food is prepared with the freshest ingredients available. Whether you need a grab-n-go lunch option or a hot buffet, the restaurant dining team is here to serve you.

DINNER
Private dining can be arranged for your group in the Main Estate dining room. Options include:
- Private three course meal $95 per person, plus $250 private dining charge
- Private four course meal $115 per person, plus $250 private dining charge

FUN ON THE TRACK

The Training Center’s Off-Road Driving Course is a great way for individual team members to experience the thrill of high-speed driving on unimproved road surfaces, while also working as a team to help guide one another through challenging off-road obstacles.
TEST YOUR LIMITS
The Aerial Forest Adventure Park at Harpers Ferry is an excellent choice for a team building adventure. Located only 20 minutes from Hillbrook Inn, the eight-trail challenge course that makes up the Adventure Park covers four beautiful wooded acres.
Each trail, coded by level of difficulty, has approximately 12 challenge elements and zip lines.
