Since several of our staff members actually are family, it only seems to make sense. The exciting part is when we get recognized for doing what seems natural to us. And that’s exactly what happened with our awards and accolades this month – we were honored by three different hospitality organizations!
TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site, recognized Hillbrook as a 2015 Certificate of Excellence Winner. The Certificate of Excellence award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Winners include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience.
In addition, BedandBreakfast.com named Hillbrook Inn & Spa a top luxury B&B, right alongside properties in Napa, Hawaii and the northeast seaboard.
And finally, Website visitors of WheretoElope.com rated Hillbrook Inn & Spa the 2015 Best Place to Elope in West Virginia.
While accolades like these are much appreciated, they’re not the reason we do what we do. We care about making our guests’ time with us so unforgettable that they want to return again and again. Recognized or not, that’s what Hillbrook is all about, and it’s our true joy and passion to get to serve our guests every day!
