The Taste of Hillbrook
The culinary experience at Hillbrook comes alive during Chef David’s weekend cooking classes. Recently, several guests joined him at our offsite Farmhouse property for “Pastababilities,” a class that explains the art of preparing homemade pasta and sauces. From learning how to prepare and roll the dough to creating special fillings, the guests tried their hand at making their own fresh ravioli.
Chef David’s hands-on approach allows guests to apply what they learn, and they get to take home recipes as well. On a winter day, a Hillbrook cooking class paired with a tall glass of wine is a great indoor activity for couples to enjoy together.
