SPA POLICIES

APPOINTMENT BOOKING: To ensure we’re able to book you for the Spa service you prefer at a time that fits your schedule, it is recommended that all Spa appointments are requested at least 72 hours in advance.

LENGTH OF TREATMENTS: For all times stating length of treatments, there is approximately 7-10 minutes of prep and relaxation time included. For example, a 60-minute massage includes five minutes prior to the beginning of the massage for you to undress and get in position on the table and about five minutes at the end of the massage for you to relax and get dressed. Thus, a 60-minute massage includes about 50 minutes of actual massage time.

FIRST VISIT: Please arrive at least five minutes prior to your first appointment so as not to limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment must end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

LATE POLICY: If arrival is delayed or changes are made at the last minute, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment if another service time is available.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY: Guests who book appointments and cannot join us for their scheduled reservation will be granted full credit at the spa, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. We do not provide refunds for cancelled / no show appointments.

PAYMENTS & GRATUITY: For all services provided at Hillbrook Inn & Spa, a 20% gratuity will be added to your bill. If you would like to make any adjustments to this please let us know. We welcome your feedback so we can improve service for our guests.

Payments for service and retail items purchased at the Spa will be billed through Hillbrook Inn. If you are an overnight guest at Hillbrook, items will be added to your final bill whenever possible. Occasionally due to timing, your final bill will be adjusted after check out for services you received, and you will be notified via email. If you are an outside guest, a guest services representative will make payment arrangements with you prior to your visit.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Please notify us before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.

MANICURE: Please note that Hillbrook Inn requires you to contact us if you have gel nail polish on prior to your appointment. There is a $15.00 service fee applied for removal of gel nail polish. In addition, we will need to add 20 minutes of time for removal or we cannot guarantee your appointment. If you remove gel nail polish before arrival, no fees will apply and no additional time will be added.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

THERAPISTS: While we will make every effort to meet your requests, we cannot guarantee a specific therapist or gender. All therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols to ensure your comfort at all times.
