ROOM RATES
Rates are for single or double occupancy and include breakfast
Room reservations must include an accompanying 
dinner reservation, except Procrastinators
Rates do not include 12% tax and are subject to change without notice

REGULAR ROOM RATES
An additional holiday charge of $50 could be assessed for certain holidays. $200-250 Weekdays; $275-325 Saturdays & Holidays Deposit equal to one night's room charge required when booking

PROCRASTINATOR RATE
All rooms are $149 for same-day reservations.
Non-refundable deposit required when booking

CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask for seven days notice to cancel a reservation;
there is a $25 processing fee.  Within the seven days,
you are responsible for the room nights that were booked.
