Q: Why do I need to provide DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & DISLIKES? A: We are a Pre-Fixe dining facility, meaning we prepare pre-determined items presented to our guests. Our Executive Chef Christine Hale takes pride in creating daily menus utilizing the dietary needs and restrictions of our guests. EXAMPLE: No game foods, gluten free, diabetic, vegan or vegetarian (tell us if you eat eggs/dairy), dislikes of simple things like onions. Be as specific as possible so you optimize the dining experience.
Q: What kind of SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS might you need? A: Is this a surprise for someone special, do you need assistance with a proposal, special needs or instructions for dining staff or anything to help us make your dining experience a memorable one!
Q: Why do you need to know if I HAVE I DINED WITH YOU BEFORE? A: Not only does Chef Hale design the menu around your dietary needs & dislikes, she has a collection of Red Books where she records every menu she has ever prepared at hillbrook & who our guests were that evening to ensure that each visit to us you will enjoy a variety a well prepared menus!
