For more than 20 years, award winning Executive Chef Christine Hale has been preparing menus at Hillbrook Inn. She enjoys creating dishes that are both pleasurable to the palate and accommodating. When preparing our set menu for the evening, Chef Hale considers the customer’s dietary needs and restrictions. So, whether you are a vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, diabetic or simply desirous of a low carb meal, she promises to create a memorable menu.

Our unique, fine dining experience offers guests award winning meals created with passion! Imagine indulging in a romantic dinner in our elegant and sophisticated dining room at our Charles Town WV restaurant. Let the warmth of a fire and the flicker of candles set the ambiance to create a meal both exquisite to the palate and memorable to the heart. Executive Chef Christine Hale uses only the freshest ingredients and purchases locally to help support our community when products are in season. Chef Hale takes pride in creating daily pre-fixe menus utilizing the dietary needs and restrictions of our guests.
Dining facilities are open to the public as well as Inn guests Thursday – Sunday for lunch and dinner. Reservations are required.

Please do not hesitate to tell us your dietary preferences, because you will be pleasantly surprised with Chef Hale’s ability to adapt a menu to the dietary needs of all our guests; including the needs of a diabetic or vegetarian guest. Along with a long list of dietary requirements and allergies we often work around, Chef Hale incorporates only the freshest and finest ingredients into her set menu at our romantic West Virginia inn and restaurant.$65.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.Reservations Required. Relaxing Three-Course Lunch Overlooking Our Extensive Grounds! 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. GROUPS OF 8 OR MORE Chef Hale creates a set menu daily to accommodate guests’ dietary needs and restrictions. Each course is a splendid surprise and a delightful experience for your palate as you enjoy superb Charles Town dining. $45.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.Reservations Required. Groups of 8 or more only!

During your visit you can enjoy one of your favorite cocktails by the bar, sit in front of the fire and accompanying flat screen TV or take pleasure in sitting on the sunny front terrace. Many guests enjoy playing on the baby grand piano or listening to the fountain on the front terrace during their visit.

You do not have to be a guest of Hillbrook Inn to join us for a cocktail. You are welcome to stop by the Tavern for a drink and a tour of the inn.
